Privacy Notice (KVKK)

1. Data controller

2. Data processed when you visit the website

Our website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, the following data, which is technically required to deliver the pages to your browser, is processed on the hosting provider's servers and may be kept in server logs:

• your IP address
• the date and time of the visit
• the page viewed and the referring address
• browser and operating system information

This data is processed only to provide the website, keep it secure and fix technical errors.

3. Cookies and analytics

Our website does not use cookies and has no visitor analytics, advertising or tracking tools. There is no contact form and no user accounts.

So that the Google rating does not have to be requested again on every page, it is stored temporarily in your browser's session storage. This entry contains no personal data about you and is deleted when you close the browser tab.

4. Google reviews

The Google rating and reviews shown on the site are retrieved server-side through the Google Places API. Your browser does not connect to Google for this, and no data about you is passed to Google.

The names and texts shown in the reviews are content that the reviewers have published publicly on Google. You can find the full reviews and their source through the Google link on the site.

5. Google Maps

The map is loaded from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) only when you click the "Show map" button. In that case your IP address and browser information are sent to Google, and Google may use cookies. No data is passed to Google unless you click the button.

6. Contact via WhatsApp, phone and email

The WhatsApp links on the site open the WhatsApp app on your device or WhatsApp Web; the phone and email links start the corresponding app on your device. Clicking a link does not by itself pass any data to us.

When you send us a message or call us, your name, phone number and the information you share are processed in order to answer your appointment or information request.

WhatsApp is a service provided by WhatsApp LLC / Meta Platforms; its own terms and privacy policy apply when you use it. Information about your health is special category personal data; we recommend that you share only the information needed for your request.

7. Social media links

The site contains links to our Instagram and Facebook pages. The Instagram images shown on the site are hosted on the site's own server; you are taken to these platforms only when you click a link, and from then on the privacy policy of the respective platform applies.

8. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the website and keeping it secure: the legitimate interest of the data controller (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
• Answering your appointment and information requests: processing directly related to entering into or performing a contract at your request (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
• Loading Google Maps: your explicit consent, given by clicking the button (KVKK Art. 5/1).

Health data processed during examination and treatment is not covered by this notice; you are informed about it separately at the practice.

9. Transfer of data

Your personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

To provide the services described above, data may be transferred to Cloudflare, Inc. as part of hosting, to Google if you open the map, and to WhatsApp if you contact us through it. These providers' servers may be located abroad; transfers abroad are made under the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

Where there is a legal obligation, data may be shared with the competent public authorities.

10. Retention period

Server logs are kept for the period determined by the hosting provider. If you contact us, the data you share is kept for as long as needed to complete your request and for the retention periods required by the applicable legislation; after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

11. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• request information about it if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
• know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom the data is transferred,
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• request deletion or destruction of the data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
• request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred be notified of such correction, deletion or destruction,
• object to a result to your detriment that arises from the data being analysed exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation if you suffer damage because the data was processed unlawfully.

12. How to apply

You can send requests concerning your rights in writing to the address above or to drhusrevcetin@hotmail.com. Your request will be concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature (KVKK Art. 13).

If your request is rejected, if you find the reply insufficient or if no reply is given in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Art. 14).
